A film about a man named Dick proenneke living the dream… well, the dream if you were to swap the boat for a yz 450 maybe.

Tis a fairly amazing film, he was a skilled man. Dick moved to Alaska in the late 60’s, built his log cabin by hand and lived almost completely off the land until he was well into his 80’s. The film covers the 1st year which he recorded on the Gopro of the day.. the spring-wound Bolex.
Even if you’re not into all the nature stuff watching his wood working is pretty cool.
