Hello….I have 3 young lads on off-road enduro bikes and I need somewhere to bring them around South Tipp/North Waterford area.

I have thought about using the Coillte forests or going on the Comeragh mountains but a) it is illegal as we are trespassing and b) there are a lot of walkers around, so I am not comfortable doing this.

Is anyone aware of any areas of private rough land/forest/mountain/disused quarry etc. where we can use in South Tipp/North Waterford area without getting in trouble? I am happy to pay for the use, and get some waiver in place re: us hurting ourselves etc.
