The coverage from Eurosport is a bit bare due to time difference and the remote nature of the event. But some of the stuff they’ve had to overcome is nuts, the dunes are unreal on the 1st few days. The level of attrition is huge on the bikes this year.
Not fully up to date with all his vlogs, but Lyndon Pozkitt from the UK on the Malle Moto class updates to YouTube every day for behind the scenes/on board stuff. Slick videos and the onboard view of the dunes at full pelt is scary. I find it fascinating, although nowhere near as dangerous as in the ’80’s/90’s.
