OULTON PARK TEST FREE FOR SPECTATORS AS MCE BSB RIDERS GET SET FOR MAY BANK HOLIDAY

The MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship hits Oulton Park this May Bank Holiday weekend (April 30 – May 2) and ahead of the second round of the season, the Cheshire circuit will host an official test on Friday 22 April and entry is free to spectators.

Silverstone race winners Tyco BMW and JG Speedfit Kawasaki will be testing with Michael Laverty and Christian Iddon plus Leon Haslam, James Ellison and Peter Hickman respectively as they bid to add to their podium finishing tally in the next two races.

The Honda Racing trio will return from their next test at Portimao to join the test at Oulton Park as Dan Linfoot, Jason O’Halloran and local hero Jenny Tinmouth get set for the next event alongside the Bennetts Suzuki pairing of Tommy Bridewell and Ryuichi Kiyonari.

The ePayMe Yamaha team are determined to take advantage of the test in a bid to get back inside the top ten with John Hopkins and Stuart Easton and the Buildbase BMW team will be out in full force with Richard Cooper, Lee Jackson and Michael Dunlop. Lloyds British Moto Rapido Ducati’s Danny Buchan will also be on track for the one day test that also features riders from the Dickies British Supersport, Pirelli National Superstock 1000 and 600 Championships, in addition to riders from the Ducati TriOptions Cup.

The test will feature an open paddock and also the opportunity to purchase advance discounted tickets for the May Bank Holiday event.
