TT race week B&B homestay (01/06/16-11/06/16) £700

My company has cancelled all leave during June so now I have a homestay B&B I can’t use! £35pppn, including breakfast.

One ensuite double bedroom from 01/06/16-11/06/16, situated in Glen Mona, four miles north of Laxey. It is about 12 miles from Douglas and 4 from Ramsey. It’s very close to a bus service which runs every half hour and about 200m from the local pub.

The house is a large detached bungalow, set back from the road, with ample parking space. I wasn’t sent photos by the owner when I booked, but I’ve found an old listing for the property on a rentals website. (See http://search.harmonyhomes.co.im/detailsLite.aspx?chainid=1554&propertyid=467084849).

I’ve paid the £140 deposit (20%), so I’m just hoping to get that back. The remaining balance (£560) is due 4 weeks before the stay.
