Was out for the day in Mondello in the Novice group yesterday. Really enjoyed the morning sessions but struggled once it started to properly rain.

When we came back in from the wet session after lunch the tyres were still pretty much stone cold. Is this just the case for riding on road tyres in the wet or is there something that can be done to get a bit more heat/grip? Maybe I just need to man up in the wet :woots: but kept getting small slides on turn 2 so had no confidence after that.

I was using Metzler M7RR’s with 30psi in the front and 28psi in the rear cold.
