So…route finally planned…France to Spain (7 day round trip) August 2018

Sat – Day 1 – Home to Rosslare 228km (Will book a cabin)

Sun – Day 2 – Cherbourg to La Rochelle (445km avoiding motorways & tolls)(Booked Hotel for €39)

Mon – Day 3 – La Rochelle to San Sebastian (454km) Booked AirB&B for €68 for 3 nights) Plan to do days trips from there.This is where I need some roads to ride.

Thur – Day 5 – San Sebastian to Nantes – 590km (Hotel €40)

Fri – Day 6 – Nantes to Cherbourg – 324km

Sat – Day 7 – Rosslare to home – 228km

This is my 1st Euro trip & just trying to get a feeling for it this year. 2 weeks next year hopefully.

Anyone have experience on good touring roads around the north of Spain, especially around the San Sebastian area.
