Cork – Roscoff – Vendome – Loire Valley- Oradour sur Glane – Rocamadour – Carcassonne – Pyrenness (Lourdes, Pau), Royan – St.Malo (Mont st Michel)-Roscoff -Cork;
Met TomTwix in Ringaskiddy, he was heading to Picos:thumbsup2:icos
Got caught up with 1000000 :biggrin_old: bikes leaving Le Mans GP on the Sunday
stayed in BB near Limoges owned by an eccentric English guy ,great crack :cool3: http://www.route66hotel.com/
Went to martyr village, Oradour sur Glane, eerie
Carcassonne was historically interesting, knights, King John etc etc, went up the Canal du Midi (in a canal boat :bag:), through a couple of locks, good fun,
visited prehistoric graffiti artist :smileee: in Foix
Had a cracking time down around the Pyrenees, even though I found out the 07 FJR is "asthmatic", struggling at 1500 metres <(")>
Lourdes was an eye opener :wassat:
Spent that sunday in Pau, watching historic Grand Prix, for free :thumbsup2:

Back up west coast, overnight in Royan, onto St Malo , visited Mont st Michel, and American WWII Cemetry at St. James and then back via coastal route to ferry:wassat:
