For those unable to join the last event, I have been asked to help publicise a motorcycle run that is being organised on Sunday 15th March by his colleagues and friends in the Garda Motorcycle Club to raise funds to help the family of Garda Brian Hanrahan. The run has five meeting points (5th recently added) nationwide and the aim is to converge at Annacotty and ride to Newcastlewest as one group. Cost of entry €10 per bike. The proposed meeting and registration points are;

– Redcow Hotel, Dublin – 9:30am

– Topaz Service Station, Kilkelly, Co. Mayo (N17) – 9.30 am

– Applegreen Service Station, Castlebellingham (M1 South Bound) – 9am

– Roundabout Tavern, Car Park, Mallow – 11.30am

– MidWay Car Park, Portlaoise (Junction 17, M7) – 10.30am

Each group will make its way to join together at Finnegans Car park, in Annacotty, Limerick at 1.30pm. After a short stop all the bikes will travel together to Newcastlewest.
