I completely stripped and rebuilt the front callipers.

Made sure the caliper and seal recess were spotless, polished the pots also.

The pots are not returning as normal and I’ve now rebuilt the calipers Twice!

Have I warped/damaged calipers/pots or is there an known issue with the XJ calipers?
