Helping a friend in need of starting his bike.

Need help with a electrical diagram for the above.
It’s a fuel injection model,can see that there’s spark but not fuel spraying from the injector.
Bike was standing for more than 6 months,is it possible the fuel in the tank that degraded.
Engine was rebuild after a conrod bearing went bad and damaged the crank casings.
