A couple of questions for VFR owners

A couple of questions for VFR owners

I’ve clocked up a few thousand miles on the vtec vfr I bought at the end of last year. It’s a fantastic bike and really is a jack of all trades. I have noticed one or two problems though, mainly to do with corrosion and seem to affect most of them.

The last time I did a service, I couldn’t remove the two bolts from the front of the bellypan. The ones that hold the side fairings together if I recall correctly. I had to slide the fairings out underneath the bike in one piece which was a pain in the ass. Recently a mate bought a low mileage bike that has never seen rain and his has the same problem. The bolts turn but whatever is holding them at the back also spins and you can’t remove them. Is there a trick to removing these or do I have to get the drill out? The bolts are #12 in this schematic https://www.micksbikeparts.com/products/lower%20cowl/Honda/vfr/2002/vfr8002/

My oil cooler pipes are also corroded. I saw a thread about this problem here earlier though so I might give Pirtec a call to see if they can sort me out with replacements.

The third problem I think is just with my bike. It seems to weave a fair bit at high speeds. It’s noticeable in a straight line but gets kinda scary when taking high speed corners! Is this something to be expected of heavy bikes or is there something wrong? I’m more used to sportsbikes and never experienced weaving on any of those.
