Only started to use my 929. Having some braking issues.. bit of advice needed..!

Originally the bike had a warped disc. So I got a set of "good used" discs..! put them on with the original pads..

First test run the brakes had no bite and awful pulsing back through the lever (as before). So I ordered all new HH pads. Fitted them..

Now I have better bite but pulsing is back.. more surprisingly see the images below.. the pads are only biting in 3 pieces on the disc..! Only drove it about 4 miles so I wont have put much wear on the new pads..

I reckon I need new discs but its a strange pattern..! Its the same on both discs as you can see..!! Definitely no binding from caliper. Wheel can be lifted and spun freely everytime.

Advice would be good. thanks in advance.
