Hi Gents

The new BMW S1000RR suspension feels great on the normal road/motorway/track. But on the back twisty roads is an absolute back breaker..!!

The suspension settings on the bike are as follows

Front Damping ranges from Soft -7 to +7 Hard default setting is 0

Front Compression ranges from Soft -7 to +7 Hard default setting is 0

Back Damping ranges from Soft -7 to +7 Hard default setting is 0

Back Compression ranges from Soft -7 to +7 Hard default setting is 0

What is the best possible setup to make the bike nice and comfy hitting the hard bumpy back roads but still be solid enough to handle right.
