I got a 16 year old CB250 the other week & the front wheel wasn’t spinning properly.

I fitted new pads on it today & on the pads I was replacing 1 was twice as worn as the other. Now with new pads the wheel is sticking more than it was so obviously something isn’t right.

When I was fitting the new pads I used a vice to push the 2 round pistons back in & noticed on both some rubber hanging out. So what do I need here, a new couple of seals or am I better off getting a new caliper?
I’m thinking a couple of seals won’t fix my problem though with the wheel being very hard to spin :unsure2: It’s actually hard to push the bike it’s sticking that bad.

Any ideas?
