Hi all,

Probably a stupid question but I’ll ask it anyway.

Due to poverty I can’t afford a new shock so I got a Bros shock for a few quid which is only about a 1/2 inch longer than the original CBF one.

The only effect I can see is that back wheel sits on the ground now when on the centre stand. Handling seems fine.

Is there anything else that could be affected eg chain wear etc?

All advice appreciated.
