Howye lads,

Recently bought a cbr250rr (96) that needs slight attention.

One of the things I noticed from the get go was an issue with the throttle.

There seems to be about half an in worth of turn before the bike actually begins to rev. The lad I bought it from reckoned it was some kind of recoil issue rather than the cable just needing an adjustment.

ould anyone clear this up for me and give me a tip on how to fix.
