Anyone ever come accross the 4 flashing engine management lights on one of these?

Apparently its the TPS

The speedo cable broke on me , but i said meh so what ill drive it anyway , when i opened the throttle fully a rev limiter kicks in at like what feels 3k, and the engine management light comes on. I just replcaed the speedo cable a few mins ago and took her for a short spin, same thing again

All that was done recently was a HID kit installed, and an engine oil change :wassat:
