Morning all,

How do I remove the spring from a 99 hornet 600 shock?

I have the spring compressed but the round piece at the top doesnt have a slit in it to allow it to be removed from the shock assembley

There is a rubber boot on the inside of the spring but I havent removed that (it looks like it comes apart near the top?)

Are there bolts hidden somewhere I havent seen ?
