Hey lads while back the missus kle engine seized . thankfully it locked up just starting it one day so no one hurt . i located a er500 engine same parallel twin and fitted it in. the fly wheel on the er is bigger , the bike wont start turns ok but seems like timing is off perhaps. has any one done this before ? cant use an er ecu as its totally different connectors . r would the bigger fly wheel throw things off ?
