Recently the alarm has been slow to disarm when I turn my ignition to the on position as in while its beeping away I might have to push the A button a few times for it to disarm and allow me to start the bike, few days ago went to go for a spin and it wouldn’t dis arm no matter how long I tried pushing the button. Tried the spare fob no luck replaced the fob battery and I taught I was away with it as it dis armed straight away. Went to go out tonight and the same fucking issue is back. After reading online that the battery in the alarm itself is known to go if the bike is left unused for a period of time with laserline alarms (bike sat for a few years unused) but I started using it again in March and only had this issue recently so wondering would any1 shed some light on if I’ve to strip out the alarm and fuck it in the bin as I’ve read laserline are over complicated cunts but at the same time I want an alarm on the bike and if I can fix it I’d rather do that.
