Would anyone be able to make me a bar the same as the pic below?

Im looking for the D at one end and then welding/bolting the other larger end into the end of another pipe.

I can provide measurements but just wondering if anyone here could do it or point me to a company that could do it. I’m willing to pay but I don’t have a lot. :biggrin_old:
