looking at my fazer 600 up close and looking at the service manual it seems my forks are 20mm higher than the handlebar holder.in the book they are flush ? and also in the book it shows how to adjust the rear shock but mine has no adjustment notches just a red spring with a fairly heavy nut that can be adjusted up or down ,but the thread is nearly the whole length of the damper,could this be an aftermarket shock? sorry for all the questions but im lost when it comes to bikes,,,was thinking of completely stripping the bike down and painting the frame, engine wheels etc
