Hi Lads,

I have a Berlan BPS40 Plasma Cutter I bought of ebay a couple of years ago. It’s a great little machine but has not done a mad amount of work. I went to use it the other night and it will not strike the arc. There is power in the unit as when I press the button on the torch the solenoid is opening and letting the air out but no arc. I took the cover off just in case I could see a fuse or anything but in fairness I might as well be looking into a packet of crisps. There is pretty mad voltage in there and big Caps so I don’t want to go poking around in there. Just wondering is there anyone here who would know anything about them
