hey guys looking for some help.
So here is where I’m at,
It’s a 1980 cb900f supersport, engine fully rebuilt by me, carbs professionally cleaned and set up. New air filter with stock air box. Starts and runs well but doesn’t take full throttle and stumbles a bit at 5000 revs. If I drive easy no probs and plugs are fine. But of harder driving an plugs are fouled, black and sooty.
Anyone have any enlightenment on the issue. It’s gotta be something simple. I have the timing set to the static mark as I can’t check dynamic timing.
