Am I better off paying 650 euro for a second hand engine (this includes 140 for postage) for a 1999 Transalp or paying 700-750 for new parts to have the existing one rebuilt?

My feeling is that a rebuild with the new parts would be more reliable but then, I don’t know much about mechanics.
