Howya lads,

I know it’s only a trivial annoyance but it’s bugging me anyway.

The fairings on the bike have swirl marks all over them. Fairly noticeable anytime the sun hits it (so yeah, not too often then!). Are there any ‘over the counter’ products that actually get rid of this?

There’s a few stone chips on the front fairing so I’ll definitely get that re-sprayed and if I’m doing that then I reckon I might as well leave the rest of the panels in too and have them rubbed down and re-lacquered (I don’t think they need to be repainted). I want to get rid of ’em rather than use something that just masks them for a while.

Can I fix this meself or would a painter sort it out for reasonable money?
