Has anyone heard/used these restrictors? Hi Ebay is filled with this guys restrictors: http://www.ebay.ie/sch/kickstart_eng…1&_ipg=&_from= Anyone has heard of them / used them? From what I gather, he sends you a restrictor and a cert, which gives you a cert without even having to fit that thing in. Help? Source: Has anyone heard/used these restrictors?
