BIKES have always played a major part in the Mad Max series, from the KZ1000s of the 1979 low-budget opener. The latest instalment, Fury Road, is no exception.
British actor Tom Hardy – taking over from Mel Gibson in the title role – rides a ratty Yamaha R1 that has been stripped bare and modified in old carpet and leopard skin.
