Ok so here goes, any advice in relation to this will be greatly valued.

I am 33 year old and have been driving a car for the past 13 years. I currently drive a 2008 Peugeot 207 (1.4 hdi)

I’ve been thinking about selling the car and with the proceeds getting started in the biking world. I would be thinking along the lines of a Suzuki Bandit 600

I have never ridden a bike before so basically the questions I’m looking for advice on are;

1. Would I be able to get started with biking (i.e. IBT/Permit/Bike/Gear/Insurance) for around 4,000? which I reckon is all I could get for my car.

2. Is a Suzuki Bandit 600 a good starter/learner bike?

3. Is CN the best insurer to go with? Who are most people with??

If anyone has anything else they think I should know please feel free to answer any questions I haven’t asked.
