did a stupid thing this morning [ no not that, this was bike related ]

was going out my gate at home as i do every fookin morning and put the bike on the sidestand in order to go back and close the gate – or i thought i did, mustnt have put the stand out properly cos as i got off the bike expecting it to settle onto the stand the bitch kept on falling over !!

anyway luckily it was only the F650 and i caught it easily enough on my knee and with one hand on the bars thank fook, but while this was happening a lad was passing the house in a white f&c*s cage, it was dark at the time but he mustve copped what happened cos he stopped and reversed back to help me, i was ok anyway but in fairness i thought it was fierce sound, dunno if he is a biker or not but just wanted to say thanks somewhere as i didnt actually get to speak to him [ i rode up afetr him and he drove on ] i gave him a good wave later on when i passed him but that was it.
moral of the story is i suppose that although most cagers are cnuts there are a lot of decent lads out there too :thumbsup2:
