Hi all.

I bought a very rough non runner tzr 3xv of a local bikevdealer in 2016 .

I didn’t get a log book just a Japanese cert with the particulars of the bike and a English form with a translation .

I Also got a sad number.

I wasn’t bothered about no book at the time as i was buying it for the track .

I tracked it a bit and did race it for a few years but now I want to put it on the road .

I have made it road legal and

I am now trying to get a tax book for it .

I was in contact with revenue and apparently the bike was imported into Ireland in 2009 but never registered and I am liable for the vrt from 2009 up to 2019 .

It would run into big books .

Anyone any ideas how to get around this ?
