My 10 year pinky licence for the bike will expire in March. The kind minions in the NDLS informed me by post. But they sent a bunch of forms (Appl form for a Driving Licence D401, Driving Licence Medical Report Form D501 and a Guidance note/Checklist)

Seeing that my existing full licence already includes a restriction (I wear glasses), however on the checklist for RENEWING my Licence it includes "A completed NDLS Medical Report Form if required in my case"

Anyone been recently renewed a licence had to include this Medical Report or can I just book an appointment and pay my €55 hey presto 30 mins later your on your way with one of the new flexible 10 year A licence? :think:
