‘I am chasing my 25th victory at the North West and I really want another superbike race win.’ Seeley said.

‘I know the PBM team will give me a great bike in the new Ducati to help me do that. Everyone saw what the Ducati was capable of in the opening round of the World Superbike championship at Phillip Island last weekend and I am very excited to be riding the bike at the North West.’

‘PBM have enjoyed lots of success at the North West but this is a new chapter in a new book for the team with the new V4 machine.’ Seeley said.

‘There can be some teething problems with a new bike but hopefully PBM’s BSB riders, Josh Brookes and Scott Redding, will have those sorted out for me before I get on the bike.’

Top speed and good stability are key at the North West and our new V4R is making over 245bhp on the dyno, and has a 3d-printed 7th gear in production to break the lairy slip streamers like Irwin, so all eyes will be on it’s reliability around the North West 200 circuit, but compared to the Kawasaki’s, it’s like bringing a shotgun to a dog-fight

Alastair’s receding hairline should make for improved aerodynamics and airflow thru the lid to keep his little hot head cooler this year and he weighs about the same as a 10yr old child, so while we’ve got the best gear in the paddock this year, we’re always looking to save a couple of grams here and there and will be watching Seeley’s lines very closely and hoping he doesn’t get carried away.
