Was talking to a lad who got delivery of a few LED lights from China. Great light out of them – only problem is they switch mode every time you switch them on and off, they go from

low beam -> high bean -> strobe….then back to low beam etc

The strobe would definitely blind oncoming traffic and maybe give some people epileptic fits !!

Anyone know if there is a way of mod’ing these to just have high and low beams without the strobe ?

Or even better if its possible to wire them to a two position switch for low and high bean rather than have to flick them off then on again to move between one mode nad naother ????

Could see myself on a dark road meeting a cage and flicking the high beam off and then suddenly hand slipping off the switch and riding along for a few secs with no lights………..AAAGGHH
